How are Private Virtual Tour participants counted?
Participants are counted by the number of devices connected to the tour. If you are a group joining a tour
and have connected to the tour using only a single device, then you will be billed as 1 participant, and
there will be no additional charge after the reservation deposit. As an example, a classroom of 30 students
who are participating in the tour via a single laptop and projector, will be billed as 1 participant.
Alternatively, if 30 students each join on a different device, you will be billed for a total of 30
participants, 12 of which are already covered by your reservation deposit.
Each connected device appears as a Tourist on the livestream screen, and each participant will be able to enter a screenname when joining the virtual tour.

pricing, and we can accommodate an unlimited amount of participants.

non-profit or educational institute, you qualify for 15% off. Bookings for classrooms have a flat fee of
$153 USD with no additional costs.

WHATS INCLUDED on a Private Virtual Tour
A moderator will be available on your tour for any support you and your guests may need. Tours run for 1
hour unless you select a customized run time on the Tour Request page. Customization of your itinerary and
private tour page, and a personal consultation with your tour guide are all available for an additional
charge. Details below.

Customization of your itinerary and private tour page, and a personal consultation with your tour guide are
all available for an additional charge. Available customizations include those listed below. If you have a
special request, you can include this on the Tour Request page in the notes, or reach us through the Live
Chat or via our contact form. We’re happy to hear from you!
Private Tour Page Branding: We’ll include your company, group name, or special messaging you would like on your private tour page. You can also send us your logo or other images you would like to have featured on your private tour page.
Extended Runtime: Tours run for 60 minutes unless you choose to extend or shorten the time. These options are listed on the Tour Request page.
Around-The-World Experience: These tours combine 2 destinations during the scheduled runtime. If you choose the standard 60 minute runtime, 30 minutes will be alotted to each destination. You can also choose to extend the runtime for Around-The-World bookings (at an additional fee) to 90 or 120 minutes.
Consult with your guide: You can schedule a 30 minute consultation with you guide prior to the tour. When choosing this option, we recommend booking no less than a week in advance of the tour to ensure both parties’ availability for the consultation.
Learn the Language: Before your tour, you will receive a list of useful phrases and slang in the local language of the tour location. During the tour, your guide will incorporate these words and phrases and practice them with you in a memorable experience so you will be able to apply them to everyday life!
Trivia Quiz: These can be combined with the language experience or enjoyed on their own. We’ll send you a link to a quiz based on the topics and highlights from your tour that you can play and share with your guests, colleagues, or students. Multi-players supported.
Book a Back-Up Guide: Recommended for large and important events. When selecting the back-up guide option, we’ll arrange for a second tour guide to be located in an alternate destination and on call and available to stand in for the tour you originally booked in the event the booked tour cannot take place due to Force Majeure or other unforeseen circumstances. While tours generally run without issue, they are live and can be subject to unexpected, if rare, interference. Choose this option for peace of mind.Custom Itinerary and routes:
